Quick Overnight Matcha Oats 🌿✨

Mornings are always busy, but that doesn’t mean you have to skip a nourishing breakfast. Our Quick Overnight Matcha Oats is creamy, energizing, and packed with wholesome goodness to fuel your day — all ready straight from the fridge!

🍵 Why Matcha?

Matcha is rich in antioxidants and provides a gentle caffeine boost, perfect for when you need energy without the jitters. Paired with fibre-rich oats and chia seeds, this breakfast is both satisfying and gut-friendly.

🌸 Ingredients (1 serving):

• ½ cup Beatus Foods Organic Rolled Oats

• 1 tsp Beatus Foods Organic Chia Seeds

• 1 tsp Matcha powder

• 95g (1 small tub) Vanilla Yoghurt

• ⅔ cup Milk of choice

• ½ tsp Beatus Foods Light Muscovado Sugar

🥣 Instructions:

1. In a smoothie blender or protein shaker, combine matcha powder, vanilla yoghurt, Beatus Foods Light Muscovado Sugar, and milk. Blend/shake until smooth.

2. In a jar, add Beatus Foods Organic Rolled Oats and Beatus Foods Organic Chia Seeds.

3. Pour the matcha milk mixture into the jar and stir gently.

4. Top with your favorite fruits or nuts. Cover and let it soak for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
